We are able to work with your agent or instruct agents to find space on your behalf. Once a shortlist of suitable premises has been drawn up, we can prepare viability and cost studies in order to help you make the best choice for your company.

We can then space plan and design your new workspace and manage the whole fit out process on your behalf from the start to completion and even moving you in.

At the end of your lease we are able to repeat the process for your new space and undertake the dilapidation process as you leave and hand the space back.
