At IRS we are well equipped to carry out the mechanical and engineering (M&E) aspects of an office fit-out to the highest standards and in accordance with regulations for the safety of your employees.

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning

There have been great improvements in energy efficient heating, cooling and fresh air systems, we no longer need inflexible wet heating systems or to open windows to provide fresh air. Working with our designers and contractors we are able to install a solution from simple split systems to more comprehensive integrated building management systems.

Cabling for data and voice

Our engineers are able to install category 5e/6/fibre network infrastructures, from face plates to comms racks. Since many clients will have their own in-house IT or telecom facilities, our engineers are happy work to alongside such teams to install the physical cables, whether below floor, in ceiling voids, in trunking or partitions.

Electrics

Our fully NICEIC-qualified (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) electricians undertake all aspects of power installations, from straightforward supplies for personnel use to specialist power requirements for comms rooms, including UPSs, 3-phase and larger supplies for equipment such as air conditioning.

Telecoms

The demand for fast communication be it voice, data or internet access has led to companies looking at a variety of options from fibre optic cabling to lease line installations. Working with dedicated partners we are able to circumnavigate the difficulties of wayleave agreements to obtain solutions from a range of international providers.
