Noir Consulting had offices that were due for demolition and IRS Ltd was invited to design, space plan, fit out and project manage their relocation to new offices in London Bridge.

They were looking for a company to help them transform the space into a visually appealing office which would promote a collaborative working environment.

The project should have been a straightforward company location.

However, legal delays over wayleave agreements meant that the project timescale from being given the go-ahead, to the client’s move-in date was reduced to just 3 weeks.

Our work was further complicated by the new landlord, who decided to undertake air conditioning repairs and upgrades, as well as the installation of door entry systems, at the same time as our work.

Scope of work

As part of the design, space planning and fit-out, our work included:

• New office space, decorated throughout
• New meeting room
• New furniture
• A tea point including pumps and water heaters
• New comms rack and Cat 5e cable infrastructure

So, did we make it on time?

On the Saturday that the Noir Consulting was due to move in, we had completed all the works so they moved in and continued their business seamlessly, enjoying this amazing mural.
